Too bad dont want to relive it.

It was a really good experience.  The person that came out didn't try to sell us anything extra.  He went, took the measurements and showed that to my husband exactly what to expect.  My husband knew too because he's an engineer so he was waiting to see what they were going to say and see if they were going to try to sell us anything else but they didn't.  Accurate Insulation was the company that Home Depot used and they were fantastic.  It was R38 and that was important because it's based on how much insulation they are putting in and it’s the blown in insulation.  The person that came was called Sutherland; he came out, did the estimate and took a look at everything.  He does more than just the insulation.  He came out and he showed us what type if products they had that we were ready to prepare because we were concerned that they were going to try to sell us somewhat of a seal for radiant heating.  I wanted to see if will try to do that but he didn't.  He didn't recommend that and he didn't recommend anything more than what we actually needed is what we were looking for.  It was a very pleasant experience.  He wasn't a salesman; he explained everything and talked to us about the product.  We were already informed so it wasn't as if he could try to sell us anything but he didn't try anyway.  The contractors that they used were very professional.  I have a child that has special needs and also has serious respiratory problems so they made sure that they sealed up area and laid tarp and stuff down.  They were clean and they didn’t drag anything dirty.  They cleaned up their mess and they did exactly what they said they were going to do.  They did it in a timely manner and everything was wonderful.  They were on time if not even earlier and they were very professional.  Their crew was very nice and very considerate.  I would absolutely use them in the future.  They took care of it and everything was fabulous.

For all work performed the Home Depot contractors did an oustanding job. All work was done on schedule and job site clean-up was perfect. At all times our contact with the contractors was through the Home Depot Field Supervisor and Sales Consultant. The Field Supervisor went as far as recommending we not have blow-in insulation added to our house addition as we requested. After his inspection, prior to work starting, he stated that what insulation we had in the attic over our house addition was adequate and additional insulation was not needed. We agreed and he amended the contract to save us that expense. The Home Depot Project Coordinator worked all schedule details with us and checked on progress. The Field Supervisor and Sales Consultant made job site visits to insure quality work was being performed and that we were satisfied with the work being performed.The entire process from the first meeting with the Home Depot Sales Representative to theculmination of work was a plesant one. At all times the Home Depot team acted in a professional way and clearly were concerned with customer satisfaction. I would enthusiastically recommend The Home Depot At-Home Services to anyone. They rate an "A+"!
