From the beginning there were issues - apparently from leaks. After several attempts to have it repaired, I had to contact another company. Would not reimburse me for costs to have it repaired correctly!

Outstanding. Called at 7pm and they came the next day at 9am!! The tech was wonderful. He tested things and replaced the two outside fuses. He spoke very well of Olympic Aire and his dedication to them showed in the calmness of his work; he had two more jobs before his flight in two hours! I have used them twice for A/C and have been very impressed.

They came the next day and had it fixed in one hour. I paid extra for a tune up of all equipment and he did a thorough job.

So far so good! We called Olympic Aire and the customer service rep was very friendly and sent a technician out the same day within three hours after we told them our heat was out. Tony is the technician that was sent inspect the issue (fee was competitive for the consultation) a look at our HVAC system when our heat went out in our single family home. He was very nice, professional and seem very experienced. He walked us through the entire process and confirmed what the issue was with our unit. He removed the part, placed the order for the part and plans to return in 3-5 days to install the part. The quote was priced competitively with other companies. I would definitely recommend this company to my friends and neighbors. I will update once the install is completed. Update: When checking on the status of the part, the receptionist was again very friendly and accommodating. The installation of the new part was a success. Tony was quick and efficient when he returned to complete the repair with the new part. He even set the thermostats back for us. He was again very friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend this company and especially the technician Tony.
