They bid low and promised a time frame. They took weeks longer than they were supposed to and did shady work not completing everything we agreed on. Ended up costing a lot more to have someone else fix their screw ups.

We needed a variety of projects completed to sell our house. Brandon came out to our house reviewed the list and did an inspection of his own. He was able to tell us what on our list was a code issue and what was simply cosmetic. He was even able to identify incorrect items on the home inspection report. We were in a time crunch and he was able to come to our house on short notice. We had several contractors tell us that the entire hose bib needed to be replaced which would have cost several hundred dollars and required us to cut into a wall. Brandon was able to identify that the hose bib just required a new washer which cost a few dollars and the hose bib worked properly. For the plumbing issue there were flex pipes used under the bathroom sinks it was very confined space. It was not an easy fix as the sink and the pipes from the wall we're not aligned, but Brandon was able to replace the flex pipes so that the plumbing was up to code. Brandon's high skill level was obvious and he gave us a very fair price. We will definitely be using him for our next project our new house.

The project took about 3 months. They could have had better with communication and punctuality, but I would hire them again because they were good guys.
