GREAT!! Mr. Molina does the work and he does a fantastic job. This is my second time using Molina services and I would definitely call him again.

It went excellent. David is a very knowledgeable person and can offer advise on most parts of your house.  

He did much more work than was originally quoted (like having to unscrew and remove all the gutter screens in a certain section), but kept the same price that he had estimated at the beginning. Although not inexpensive, David Molina is a true professional in this trade and is very much worth the price. Highly recommended!

Mr. Molina did an excellent job power washing our entire residence and removing mold from the siding and deck.  He was prompt, did a thorough job, and he is very professional and courteous.  We will use him again and recommend his services.

Job went very well. Mr. Molina was  here on time, very nice man. I will use him in the future as needed.

The job took about 3 hours and I couldn't be more pleased.

He came by and gave us a quote one afternoon (same day we called!) and returned the next morning to do the work. He washed (low pressure washed, since aluminum siding can be damaged with too much pressure) the house, as well as educated us a lot about how to properly care for the outside of the house (we just bought the house a year previously and had never owned a house with aluminum siding before). He also cleaned both of our decks - again, not heavy pressure, since it could have damaged the wood. He gave us great advice on getting a good deck sealer/stain that we could apply ourselves to protect it from the winter, which saved us quite a bit of money. He also gave us good advice/referrals for someone who could work on our windows, roof, and driveway which also needed work. He did an excellent job of everything - very high quality, and you can tell he cares. I would highly recommend him to anyone in the area!

Mr. Molina arrived the same day I called for an estimate.  He told showed me a brochure of the type of stain and seal he would use.  He showed me several pictures on his cell phone of decks he had completed.  I asked if anyone needed to be home and said no that he would use a ladder. He said that he would take care of hand staining and sealing the deck.  He mentioned that the color I chose (he actually only gave me one choose) might come out darker and also that he would put two coats on the deck floor and bannister but only one coat on the rail. He said that sometimes there is slight dripping on the rail but that you would hardly notice it.  
I was shocked at how terrible the job was.  It was so unprofessional and when I showed Mr. Molia he kept saying I told you it would look like this.   When I told him that this was so terrible and asked if there was anything at all we could do he said I'm sorry no that is what it looks like.  There are streaks all over my deck.  It looks like someone painted but did not finish.  There are several areas not done.  Uneven strokes it looks like a child painted the deck with leaves.  mr. Molina then asked us to sign the invoice and just not pay him.  He said he was used to not getting paid.  We told him that is not how we do business but that we will never use him again.  He said he was very sorry and felt bad but did not offer a discount or even mention correcting his work.  He kept trying to show me pictures of the gutters he cleaned for me.  This was the worst experience I have ever had with a contractor.  I feel as though we were scammed.
This contractor should not be on Angies List or any list.  We are reporting him to the Better Business Bureau.

He did a great job! The house, two story, and roof had a lot of algea and black mildew. He and one helper worked worked from about 9 to 5pm. The house looked great. I was surprise he was able to get it so clean. Afterwards, he walks you around the house to make sure you are pleased. He explaines any area that was too difficult to get perfect. The next day he professionly cleaned the windows and patio doors on the outside. It took about three hours. They looked great. Since I was going to wash the windows on the inside, he demostrated a great way to do it. I really appreciated the advice. It was easier and better than how I usually do it. He was alwalys very prompt and polite.

I contacted Mr. Molina on a Monday to schedule him to pressure wash my house and clean all gutters/downspouts. We arranged for him to come out on Thursday.  The South side of house had algae growing on it since it never gets direct sunlight, and the gutters were clogged with debris from nearby trees after several recent windy rainstorms. Mr. Molina, who performs all work himself, called Thursday morning to say he was on his way, and he arrived as agreed. He was prompt and courteous, and honest. He walked with me around the house to look at the job, and verbally quoted a price for cleaning the gutters and pressure washing the house. He did the work immediately, and did a superb job of cleaning the gutters and downspouts, as well as the house.  Upon completing the work, he encouraged me to walk around with him to ensure I was satisfied. I was pleased to discover that, in addition to the house, he had also pressure washed the backyard shed, concrete patio, front porch, sidewalk, and driveway at no additional charge. I've used his service several times, and have always been pleased with his work.

One of the most professional contractors I've had the pleasure of working with. I do not, however, recommend he stain your deck. He used a paint brush vice using foam brushes and therefore the stain came out uneven and even blotchy. There were several missed areas and large blotchy areas. I was very happy with the power washing though. He did an excellent job with the cleaning and even provided advice on how to keep it clean. I could tell he had tremendous experience with power washing, but not the staining. That experience was evident by the time the job was complete.

Arrived for the estimate as arranged and provided email estimate the next day. Arrived to start the work at arranged time and completed the entire job in less than two days.

He does a very good job and is punctual. He is always available and answers when you call. I have been using him for 8 years. Price is determined by the job.
