Their price was significantly lower than their competitors but the quality of workmanship and materials that I received was comparable. Came with the standard warranty and the roof looks great. Brian inspected our roof personally and provided a fair estimate. He is both professional and courteous. He stopped by shortly after the job was completed to verify that everything was finished to my satisfaction. Replaced our roof and gutters. Suggested color recommendation that pops. Even hauled away some old shingles that were in my yard. Excellent service!

We have hired Brian for 3 different jobs, 2 roofing jobs, and the latest job was new facia, soffit and gutters. Every job he has done for us has been perfect. We bought our house about 5 years ago. The house had many additions over time making every job he has done for us, probably not the easiest. Regardless, everything he and his crew has done is beautiful work. Brian is a genuinely kind and thoughtful person, wanting to do the best job possible. He and his people do a wonderful job.

Brian, the owner of the company, took care of my problem and shared his knowledge with me and quickly replaced the missing shingles.

Brian was punctual, reviewed exactly what he'd do, reasonable estimate. His crew came early and worked late. They completed a "big job" in a long day. Crew seemed to work well, quickly and accurately. They covered my paver driveway with tarps prior to moving in their trucks. They moved stuff out of the way and did a fabulous clean-up.

From the moment Brian, the owner of Creative Construction Services, arrived to inspect the old roof to the final clean up he and his crew showed expert professionalism in every way possible. He and his son were the only contractor of 8 that actually climbed up on the two story roof to inspect the current condition. His quote was very competitive and the work was completed within the week and on schedule. The new roof is gorgeous. He also encapsulated the eves, soffits, etc. and put up new gutters with leaf guard. I would definitely use this contractor again and highly recommend him. Use Brian and his crews, you won't be disappointed.
