In the beginning they were very friendly, until we had problems with defective units they provided and incompetence of their sub-contractor. Everything was fixed in the end, but my family experienced several inconveniences: cold nights with out heat, water leaking from unit, hot air blowing into the basement, a glue smell because the unit was not properly sealed and even the expense of a hotel room because we were unable to stay in our home for one night. Again, in the end the work was completed and now the units work well, but the journey to get there was disappointing.
