I had a small leak in the roof, they came and told me that I needed a new roof. When I made the appointment, I was not told that I would be charged $270 for the visit with NO job done. In fact, I even did not get an estimate for the roof cost. All my attempts to dispute the bill failed.

They did an excellent job and I will recommend them to others.

Turner Roofing is excellent. They did come back and fixed that and fixed that fine too. I think the next time something small happened, they didn't want to come. They're very, very big and they do a lot of commercial works and I can understand that. They're an excellent company and my husband was an acquaintance of the owner and I can't say anything but the very best about them. My husband thought that they were pricey but I'm sure they are but I wouldn't say anything negative about it. I live in Howard County, they're in Northeast Howard County, I'm sure there are very good roofers that are closer here and I think in a way that might make a difference to people. They are an established, excellent, dependable company. I would give them the highest rating for dependability and they work with good quality materials. They had a good crew, were very polite, cleaned up after themselves. They are professional. They're an A company probably by anybody's definition. The price is certainnly not discounted, I can't compare them to anybody else. I don't in consumer guides for a roofing company, if you ask me about washing maching, I could really go off on washing machines but I don't know what to say on price. I wouldn't say they overcharged me either. It took them a little while to get here but they came when they said they were going to be here.

They did a good job on the roof but we have a stubborn leak through a wall the salesperson said the new roof would fix.
I specifically said one of the reasons we were getting the new roof was to solve this problem.
The leak has not gone away and I've called them a number of times. The first two or three times they came out, said they got the problem fixed, but the wall still leaks in a heavy rain.
I noticed much later that they left an unprotected hole in my siding where the gutter is attached.
They eventually stopped returning my calls, so we're having to move on to another contractor.

It was fine. They are very good and nice. They have done other roofing work for me before.

I had them come back. They looked at it and said it was something else; such as the venting. They said they could paint some silver stuff on it to make it last longer. I kicked them out and had someone else give me a new roof. They could care less about their customers. I asked the new roofers why this may have happened once they pulled the roof back. A lot of the beams that were sintered properly were sintered with 2x4s. When they pulled it up they could see the work they did. It was horrible experience of dishonesty. They are crooks. They rigged it for lack of a better way of putting it. Worse than that, if there was anything wrong that they should have fixed they didn't tell me about it but just covered it up. Had they done what they said they were going to do the price would have been reasonable.

The service was fine. Their pricing was god.

It turned out very well. I think they did a fantastic job. The people were very friendly, thorough and professional.

I strongly recommend Turner Roofing. I hired Turner to do repairs caused by storm damage on the roof of my Bay window. The main roof of my home is slate and Turner does not do that but should I need to replace the entire roof I would definitely talk to Turner Roofing. I think they are fair, responsible, professional and I am very pleased with this choice.

It was excellent. The expertise in which they handled unexpected problems showed experience in everything they could encounter. The salesman under promised and over delivered.

They always do great work. I have used them for many years. I have never had a problem. I was never their when they did the work. He would send me a bill and I would pay. He is a Christian man and I never had to worry.

What they did was good. It has last. They wanted to make sure they were doing their best for their customers. They lived up to their profession to being Christians.

The roof is very nice. They worked diligently on it. They did a great job. My only complaint is that I didn't care for the way they cared for my things around. They didn't cover the plants well enough when the thing slipped down they didn't do anything to recover the plants. They marked up some of my deck in the back. They also disconnected my satellite dish and I had to have DirectTV come out and replace part of it since it wasn't usable. I'm not sure if they just pulled the wires our or if it was disconnected when things fell down. My satellite dish is on the plat of the house. I had a new cement patio put in last year that I also have a gauge in now. Nothing was damaged to the point that it costs me money to repair. It wasn't there before the roof was done, but I did notice it after. I'm not sure how that was done. Everything else was great; I just didn't care for their protection. They did work from the time they got their till the time they left; however they did break for lunch. They worked from 8 am- 6 pm solid. The roof does look great. All of my neighbors just think my roof is fantastic. They think it is so much nicer than the other homes because they did such a nice job.

Their price was in line with others and they did a good job. Their service was fine. It was done efficiently. If I had another roof I would give them a call back.

A friend recommended Turner Roofing to me. Although their price wasn’t the lowest of the estimates I obtained, their price was pretty competitive, so I decided to hire them to replace my asphalt shingle roof and gutters in 2009. Their sales rep, Gary Sullivan, came out and looked at my roof, but several weeks passed without them providing an estimate. I had to call and ask for one. When I finally got it, they’d completely omitted the new gutters. This seemed like a basic aspect of the project, so I was pretty surprised that they’d forgotten it. I called and asked for a revised estimate, which they promised to provide. Again, several weeks passed with no response. I had to call and bug them for a revised quote. At least they showed up when scheduled to install the roof. The job was completed in two days. Everything seemed fine initially, with one exception: During the sales process, Sullivan made a point of telling me that they always clean up thoroughly after a job is done. So why did I find dozens of roofing nails on my lawn and walkways? Most were easy to spot, so it’s hard to imagine why they were overlooked, especially by a company who claims to do such a good job cleaning up after themselves. Six months after the roof was installed, one of the valleys started to leak. I called Sullivan, but he was totally unapologetic (even though he hadn’t actually inspected the situation). He refused to acknowledge that the leak was covered by either the manufacturer’s (GAF) warranty or by the labor warranty provided by Turner. He said their labor warranty only covers problems if Turner fails to install the roof in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications (this is not spelled out anywhere in their paperwork). Bottom line, I had a six month old roof that was leaking. I shouldn’t have to fight with Turner or GAF about who screwed up. Sullivan’s response: “A ROOF IS WATER-RESISTANT, NOT WATERPROOF.” Despite Sullivan’s complete denial of any responsibility, he sent one of his people out to look at the situation. The guy walked into my laundry room, took one look at the water dripping through the ceiling, and immediately said, “It shouldn’t be doing that.” A few weeks later, they sent a guy out with a caulking gun and some roof sealant. He said he “re-sealed” the valley that leaked. We haven’t noticed any more leaks since then, but I still get nervous whenever it rains. Wouldn’t you be nervous if your roof was only water-resistant, not waterproof?
