HI TECH CARPET & UPOLSTERY CLEANING SERVICE

A very good experience, carpeting looks great and some stubborn stains were removed. They arrived on time and work was completed at the quoted price.

The service person arrived on time and got right to work after being shown the chair to be cleaned. He explained what he was going to do and gave an estimate of the time that it would take. He was finished in about one hour and at that time he again went over instruction for me to follow for the chair to dry. He was polite and knowledgible.

I have used this company with great success for 18 years (previous owner also used them). After the carpet is clean they put down paper runners all over the house until it dries or they will give you plastic booties to go over your shoes. Because the truck which runs the steamer is so powerful, there is plenty of suction to get the dirt out and to ensure quick drying time (usually 8-12 hours). I also have had them clean carpet stains from my dog, most of which they have been successful with. The owner and his helper are always very polite, professional and punctual. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing carpet cleaning.

I am very happy with them. They always do a good job. It's always clean. They are very careful with what they do and always done job well. When they cleaned the sofas and the upholstery, it turned out really well and looked much cleaner. I don't know whether they are really cheap but hey do a really good job. They get all the stains out. It's always the same people who come every time because they own the company and you that they would come back every year. I would rate them high overall. Their price is competitive. They come when they say they will and very punctual. I had recommended them to others as well. I would use them again in the future.

Excellent service from start to finish! Estimate was right on, the carpets are AMAZING!! Absolutely no chemical smell, and the work was excellent (we didn't even have to move the furniture!!). The price is only that high because we had protectant put on; but would have been much less for "just" cleaning (2 flights of stairs, hallways, and living room rug). And very very nice people to top it off!

As usual, they arrived on time and helped me move some pieces of furniture (sofas, coffee table) and moved them back when done. They work quickly and efficiently and the end result was more than satisfactory. It was dry in a few hours.

They showed great customer service and professionalism in determining what type of cleaning care was best for my carpet. They explained to me the details of how they will remove the spots and odors from my carpet unlike other carpet cleaning companies that I have dealt with in the past.

I have used Hi-Tech before and would never use anyone else. They were first recommended to me by the carpet retailer; a good source for referrals. They arrive on time, do the work neatly, and it comes out great.

I love this company. My carpeting retailer actually recommended them, initially. They are prompt and very quick. The work is outstanding. And they are so accommodating - they "squeezed my job in" because I was having a big event that coming weekend. And they did it with a smile.
