Things went better then I thought. Chris and his guys were very professional and punctual. They answered any questions I had. We were very pleased with the workmanship and would definitely use again.

Chis has been a wonderful contractor. He previously helped with repairs to my home following a car coming in to my lower level. He was like my own personal guardian angel. His work is excellent and his crew are friendly and committed to the job. I have referred several of my friends to him and they have had the same experience.

Chris and his team did a wonderful job. They have been courteous, timely and overall professional. I purchased my home (a fixer upper) in the middle of March. Chris and I started the estimate in January. A week after the purchase Chris was able to start on my home. The level of detail the team used in every aspect of the job was exceptional. The cost was incredibly reasonable considering the amount of work performed. I would absolutely use CMR Properties again and would recommend to anyone looking for a professional, hard-working, honest contractor.
