 + 0 moreGreat - the repairs were done very well and they went above and beyond to ensure the leak would not be a problem going forward. Dennis and his team arrived always timely, cleaned up after themselves and did great work. I would recommend Dennis and his team to anyone.
Description of Work: Our 1800's row home in Fells Point had a leak/water drainage problem where the old structure meets the addition. Dennis and his team came out and did a great job making the necessary repairs. The site of the leak was difficult to access and required the removal of part of the 4th floor balcony but they were able to do this with no issues and the work looks very professional.

 + 1 moreI saw their information on Angies list, contact them as well as many other contractors had them all give me a price. Their price wasn't the lowest but was pretty much the lowest. The lowest guy I didn't get a good feeling from, I could honestly tell from the start of the project they could see what I envisioned and by the end it was much more then I could of ever thought.
Description of Work: Amazing company! They helped me gut my townhouse in federal hill and rebuild it from the ground up, within my budget and also helped me get the extra "bells and whistles" If you want a reliable honest and great craftsmanship call them! They were on time and worked longer to ensure I got in on time.

 + -1 moreThe price was very reasonable. Dennis, the owner, is very professional and easy to deal with. Came every day and worked very hard to do a beautiful job. I had a close friend who owns a building company and is very knowledgeable come to review the entire process as it was completed.
