Technician called to ask if he could come early. Was prompt, efficient and very professional.

He showed us where the house had been treated already and explained what a quality inspector should have found and seen. This was an important lesson for us. They were very friendly when I called and told them the specifics on our home. The woman took her time in explaining to me the different services they offer as well as the prices for each. She didnt pressure me towards any one service or another, and was able to give me a pretty quick appointment that fit my schedule after work too.   When the technician came to our home, he also explained the solution that they use, provided me an information sheet on it and told me where he was going to start and how it would proceed from there.   They also guarantee if you continue to see any pests within the 30-days following treatment, they come back free of charge!  Overall, I was very happy with the office, the technician as well as the cost.  I will definitely be having them come regularly to maintain our  home.

The company came out to inspect the house a few days after I called to make the appointment. I had originally made the appointment for a Saturday to coincide with the home inspection. At the time of the call this day was fine. I received a call shortly after I made the appointment to let me know that Saturday would not work. This was not a problem because I was called very quickly with this information. It was explained that I didn't have to be there for this inspection. During the call I was asked some questions that I could not answer. They offered to call the listing agent to obtain the information for me. Based on the call with the agent, I was called back to see if I wanted to include the garage since I did not mention the house had one.
Their termite inspection report was waiting for me when I went to the home inspection that Saturday. The report was detailed and contained a lot great information. A few days later I called with some follow up questions. I was told that the inspector would have to call me back. The inspector call me back right ways and all my questions were answered.
This was the second time I have used the provider.

I have a quarterly contract with them ongoing, their last visit was free as it fell within the window. It was for a return of ants. Excellent company. Have been with them for some time. I have them on a quarterly maintenance contract.

They charged us $150 to get rid of the ants. They were going to charge us another $150 to get rid of general bugs. We wanted to get rid of the ants first and then wanted to do the general bugs. They couldn't get rid of the ants. They wanted to come back out for free. We had given them a job and two week's time so we were done with them. We wanted to go with someone else because in the meantime the ants were crawling all over the house eating our house up. They were pretty good in being responsive. Their professionalism was nice enough.

They come out when they say they're coming out. They're always very professional and polite. I have an annual contract with them and they come out three times a year. I've been using them since 2005.

He comes out in a timely manner and is very professional. He's absolutely one of the best in the business. He's very knowledgeable and he's been with us a long time.

We called Lynn Pest Management and the friendly receptionist was able to schedule a wood-destroying insect inspection within the week. Mr. Lynn was able to perform the inspection without the buyers (us), sellers, or agents being there, thanks to his SentriLock key. He performed the inspection, and then even went out of his way to come back to the house and meet me later that day to explain what he had found, since I had some questions. His knowledge was impressive and he gave me hints and tips for preventing future problems. He showed me the difference between water damage and insect damage. He pointed out holes in the deck that carpenter bees had made and explained how they bore into the wood and what to do about it.

We are very happy with the inspection and definitely recommend him to other home buyers.

The job went very well. They were really good. Their customer service was great. The person I dealt with spent a lot of time over the phone explaining things to me. He was very patient and helpful.

They were pretty good and average for treating ants. I would use their services in the future too.
