He did an excellent job.  It took longer than I thought for him to get started on our project but once he was here the work was done quickly and perfectly.  We will be getting another estimate from him for another project.

Had exterior trim on house painted by an Angies List painting contractor and upon estimate he pointed out that my front porch columns had some wood rot in them. I figured I would dig out the rot and fill with epoxy prior to having exterior trim painted...wrong...I started grinding out rot and found the columns to be completely shot. Based on the fact they're holding up the front porch I needed to act quickly, I called Eva Construction based on a referral from the Angies List painter and contacted two additional contractors for estimates. One contractor never posted for an estimate, the second contractor wanted $3000.00 to replace the two columns and Eva Construction gave me an estimate for approximately $1200.00. Based on scope of job I went with Tony Cochran/Eva Construction. Mr. Cochran was prompt, courteous, professional and followed up to inquiries via email or telephone. The entire job was done in one day (after product arrived, about two weeks). The area was cleaned up, old columns were removed and discarded...new columns look great !. All my neighbors that have the same rotting junk wood trim on their homes have been stopping and asking for the name of the contractor who fixed my home....I tell them Eva Construction.
