Al Neal is very professional and very conscientious of his work.  His workmen/subs are likewise reliable and the quality of the work was excellent.  As with all such projects, it took longer than anticipated, but that was not due to any failure to show up or maintain progress (as we  have had with other contractors).  His prices might be a little higher than others but we feel we certainly got what we paid for and are extremely happy with the end result.

He's a very professional man. He takes his work to heart. His motto is "If you dream it, we can build it." He wanted to make sure we were happy. He did a great job with the work and making sure we were satisfied. He's a people person and very trustworthy. He goes above and beyond to make sure you get what you want.

In the words of my husband, "we were impressed with all of the people and their skills and competence and our pleasure in the manner in which the job was completed - on time and within budget."    We were glad they began and ended on time, Mr. Neal worked with us to design bathrooms to meet our needs and worked with us every step of the way.  The previous winter we had completed a major renovation and knew this company to be skilled and caring and efficient.  They are clearly proud of the work they do, and we are glad to recommend them to all our friends.
