It was memorial day and they were on sale. When buying the stove the could of told us we needed, they could of helped with the installation process on both. We needed an electrician, and some parts we needed. It would of helped the process if we new going in to them. They had to bring it back because we couldn't just have it there. When they redelivered we had to coordinated with whoever was installing it. That was frustrating.

They’re my go-to computer service provider!  They were very knowledgeable and helpful in answering my questions.  Highly recommended.

I opened an email from Fedex saying that they had a package of mine that was lost in their system and needed me to click on a link to provide them with some needed info to retreive it. The warning they gave was that if I didn't respond, there would be daily storage fees assessed to my account with them. So I did what they asked. Within about 10 seconds of clicking on their link, my computer began going down as I sat there helplessly watching in horror. It all took about another 10 seconds and BAM... black screen and no response to anything I tried to do to recover it. I took it into Best But the next day and explained what had occured. After listening to my plight & then trying to boot up my laptop, they said that they could get me back up & running in about 3 days. True to their word, I was back in the saddle 3 days later and all is well. Thanks Geek Squad!

The price included a year of additional service. Right after I used them the computer acted up again and they repaired it a second time at no charge. They were very efficient and quick. They kept to their word and did what they said they would do. I was pleased with the activity and after that it functioned liked it was supposed to. I would absolutely use them again.

I got the blue screen several more times and took my computer back 3-4 times. Each time was a wait in line for 45 minutes. My computer would be in their hands for days. They finally told me it was the operating system and I should call Dell. Dell couldn't repair it so I called another person. I took it back to Geek Squad and demanded they fix this or give me my $200 back. They fixed it finally. All of this took a month. If I have any other problems I will take my computer somewhere else. The young men were always polite when I went in.
