I called to make an appointment a few days in advance. Very accommodating with the time. On the date of service, they called a few times to give me a status of where they were and when they would be showing up. This was very useful.Showed up, turned out there was nothing wrong with fan, and quickly went about replacing outlets and switches.Did work in short time and cleaned up.Would definitely use them again.
