Was given a quote for refi and when appraisal was complete quote was nothing close to what they gave. Communication seemed to take awhile. Their refi offer would have been more than what I am paying on my mortgage currently.

WE spoke by phone with a representative who took us all the way through up to but not including closing. The inspection went very well. We Faxed most documents needed to them.  It did seem to take quite a bit of time to get things processed but that was probably not extraordinary. However, when we got to closing on the loan, they sent a woman from the area. This woman was not trained in real estate or contracts. All she really knew how to do was find and point to the spaces where we needed to sign or initial. She could not answer any questions which was frustrating. We could have called the main office with our questions but closing is already a time-consuming process and we didn't want to clog up the works.  I would have liked to have known earlier that she was not really trained. There has been a knowledgeable person at very closing I've been to before for refi or to buy or sell a house.

They did a great job of explaining everything to us.

It was great!  The entire process was very smooth from start to finish, they were very honest, and everything went exactly as they had promised.  The gentleman they sent to do the signing was very professional and knew exactly what he was doing.  Ultimately, they helped us to lower our interest rate from 5.65% to 3.25% and ended up lowering our monthly payment by $400.00.

We wanted to get a lower interest rate than we were currently paying and enough cash to pay off our credit card debt.
They were very informative, responded quickly to any questions and kept us informed at every step.  Their quotes on the good faith estimate were extremely accurate and there were no surprises at closing.
It was a little slow at first trying to get their appraiser out to do his part then getting it submitted.  After that it went very smoothly and quickly.  Would definitely use them again.

As stated above, this is a consulting service required by HUD as a step to obtain a reverse mortgage.  While lengthy, everything was done completely by phone.  It was very informative and helpful.  Like One Reverse Mortgage, they send you a load of information to review in advance.  The person that interviewed me was very helpful, understanding, polite, and professional.  I would highly recommend them.

He got back to me when he said he would. He answered all my questions very well and got me in touch with one of his experts to talk to. They are wonderful to deal with. They are very professional and have been a pleasure. They have made everything painless and they seemed interested in my situation.

I thought they were very prompt and courteous. They were great will follow up and informing me with the status of the refinance. I thought they were professional.

After over four years of trying to refinance, they were the only company who was successful. The service was wonderful! It took from August until December to finalize our process only because of the VA process. I don't know if it would have closed without them and their effort. We are very happy with them! We have recommended them to a couple of our friends already.

They did a great job. The service was very quick. I had been to four places that are local and they did not even return calls. When I called Meridian they answered immediately and they were able to take care of the service quickly. The communication was great as well.

I AM STILL WAITING ON MY SECOND PAPERWORK TO COMPLETE THE TRANSACTION.

 THEY FAIL IN ALL FACET OF THIS CONTRACT.  THEY LIED ABOUT WHAT THEY WOULD AND COULD DO.  THEY ARE ONLY IN IT TO GET MONEY.  DO NOT TRUST THEM. GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING UP FRONT.

The experience was very good. It did take a little bit of time but it worked out well.

Got the add, called them, they inspected, offered a lower rate, we were initially promised some cash back but that did not happen, but they gave us two months free of mortgage payments, any way we got a good low interest rate.
The company is good but be sure to confirm again and again if you are promised cash back

Took a long time, did not disclose limitations on septic regulations with HFA, had to go with another loan type.
