The toilet had been crooked (the tank lid didn't even rest properly on the tank) since we bought the house four years ago, but it had become a little wobbly and we were worried about it leaking into the bathroom below. Perry removed the toilet, inspected the flange (?), and reseated it with new bolts. Now it doesn't wobble and the lid sits as it should, and there's a beautiful line of caulk where there used to be unsightly grout at the base. He also noticed that tank filling mechanism was in questionable shape and he replaced that for us.

He is our plumbing hero--scrupulously honest, dependable and a pleasure to work with. Why we didn't have this repair done earlier I simply cannot explain to myself.

Perry had to go through the access in the wall of the adjoining room. There was some concrete that had to be chipped away (the house was built in 1948) so that the pipes could be brought closer to the openings in the bathroom wall, so the job took well into the afternoon. We are very happy with the new faucets, which actually work the way they're supposed to. We've been well satisfied with each of the projects Perry has worked on for us. He a person of integrity and high standards, and we're delighted to have found a plumber we can really depend on.

Phil Lazas has an exceptional crew working with him. Perry Turner is a pleasure to work with--he arrives when expected, explains what he's doing, works seriously and finishes expeditiously. He was very flexible about addressing the additional plumbing issues in the first floor bath, bringing his expertise to bear on long-standing plumbing problems there.

We called in another company (Ken Hutton Restoration) to replace an area of water-damaged drywall in our family room ceiling. We thought the water damage was caused by faulty caulking in an upstairs shower. But when the ceiling was removed, the serviceman from Ken Hutton's company realized there was an extremely slow leak that was unrelated to the caulking issue. He recommended WP Turner. Mr. Turner came to our house that same afternoon, found the source of the problem, and replaced the bad pipe. Mr. Turner was informative, neat, and overall very professional. By the way, Ken Hutton Restoration also did a superb job. The company seems to work with a fine network of professionals.
