Appliance Repair
My oven was less then 2 years old and I had a warranty. They came out and they couldn't find the part because they didn't make that oven anymore. They gave me a brand new oven, that cost more then what I actually paid for. I was impressed.

My dishwasher stop working correctly. Salesman at Sears in Westminster was very friendly and helpful. He spent the time needed for my wife and I to make up our mind and decide to purchase a new dishwasher. The delivery was set up and we purchased the new Bosch dishwasher. A sub-contractor for Sears delivered and installed the dishwasher for us and did a good job.

I shopped around different ones and they had some kind of a floor model with a special price that I bought. I know GE happened to be the brand; front loaded washing machine. I didn't buy the warranty with it and I delivered it myself. The employees of the appliance section were helpful and guided me through the whole process step by step. When I tried to use it, it didn't work so they sent a technician to my house. It turned out that when I took the cover off, there was an electrical connection unplugged. They didn't charge me for sending the technician.
