They did a fabulous job. They tore off the existing multiple layers of the old roof and installed 3" ISO insulation board, mechanically attached to the wood deck. Then they installed the "cool roof" membrane - which was our best energy-efficiency alternative since our house is not suitable for solar. Finally, they matched our existing colors well with a steel coping cap at the perimeter of the entire roof. Clean up was close to perfect, and the finish material they did leave behind was an oversight. Very pleased overall, though it took a while to get them out to do the job. Worth the wait for excellent quality and their warranty.

The representative arrived to my home on time and we talked about what needed to be done. There was other Roofers that I had contacted for estimate but I desided on Tri-County. The workers were very professional. They arrive very early.I have had my new roof for 3yr and have not had any problems with it. I am very please with my new roof and the look of the architectural shingles make my home look great.

I had indications of ceiling water damage in two rooms of my house. The Tri-County Roofing team showed up 15 minutes early, quickly diagnosed the two problems and had them fixed within 25 minutes. My issues were not complicated - I had holes in several shingles in one place and the flashing along my neighbors townhome had come loose in another - but my two Tri-County employees presumably knew what to look for and were honest and efficient. I had to pay for a (minimum) one hour of work, but my brief seach for help indicated this was a market standard and their rate of $180 was competitive with other providers. Several replacement shingles and use of supplies (e.g. caulk) were included in the rate. I'd recommend Tri-Country Roofing for other roof service needs.

I spent approx. 1 year looking for a company to install an EPDM flat roof membrane system on my old (100+ year-old) townhouse. I met with over 6 different companies. The majority provided quotes that were outrageous and/or opened the conversation about the roof with manipulative tactics. Tri-County was recommended to me by a neighbor who used them many years ago on his flat roof. I met with Tri-County and received a detailed proposal. They were professional in working out the details clarifying the proposal. They had no problem providing a certificate of insurance. I recall their price for replacement wood (i.e. plywood or planking) was the lowest of all quotes I received. The crew arrived each morning around 7:45am and they were well underway by 8:00am. The critical work of getting the old roof removed and the new roof installed took about 2 days. The skylights were custom made in the company's shop and look and perfom great. Tri-County honored the proposal from start to finish.

We had ice dams in our gutters and snow melting from the roof was backing under shingles and into the kitchen. We knew we needed to have the snow removed. Tri-County was the first place I called (encouraged by good reports on Angie's). I was transferred immediately to Mike, who explained what was causing the leaks and exactly what his crew would do. He told me it might be two days before they could come but they actually were able to come the very next day. Three men immediately got to work on the room and the snow was removed in 1 and 3/4 hours. They were polite and professional and, at my request, were careful to avoid dumping snow on one tall shrub growing at the corner of the house. The leaking stopped within a couple hours of the completion of the job. We couldn't be happier. The price seemed high but Mike told me it is 1/2 of what they charge for roofing jobs. I was in a hurry and did not shop around on this one.

Overall did a very good job - seemed fair & very easy to work with. Be sure to ask whether they are going to sub-contract your project - they did that to us and didn't tell us ahead of time. The sub-contractor showed up and was confused with the job at first. Then the sub-contractor left the dumster & extra materials at our house for over 10 days.

I was getting ready to move recently, and I knew that I had a small roof leak. I had tried to get a neighborhood roofer to fix it, but after coming by to take a look, he would not return my phone calls. I finally called Tri-County, having found a receipt where they had assisted the previous owner prior to my buying the house 5 years ago. Tri-County answered the phone, provided very clear information on the phone as to their procedures, set a time to come out that was within a week, were punctual, repaired the leak, and provided, at no charge, a letter for the (hopefully) next owner stating what they had done and guaranteeing their work. This is outstanding, and particularly notable because it was not a big ticket repair, and they had to drive a good ways to get to my house.
