Top Step Development was a very professional and easy company to work with when we upgraded our living room. Adam ordered the flooring and delivered it promptly. He completed the job quicker than he estimated even with encountering some installation issues. His skill at laying hardwood floors was evident when the hardwood was completely straight down our 50 ft hallway and extending into the living room. I would definitely recommend Top Step Development to anyone needing hardwood floors installed and looking for a quality company.

Adam was the best priced contractor of 3 quotes and also gave me the most confidence in his abilities. I was doing the demolition myself and he stopped by each day to check on the condition of the sub floor to see if we were going to run into any issues during his installation. He quoted me 5 days start-to-finish and finished in 3 days.

Adam was great from the initial phone call as some didn’t pass that test! He installed 1800 sq ft of solid oak as well as new baseboard and solid oak stairs which he custom stained to match the flooring. Scheduling worked out perfectly as our house is fully furnished and we had to move rooms around since the new flooring was running through out house. He is meticulous about his work and clean up. Could not have asked for more!

I was having a wood floor installed in my home and, as always, tried to do my research to find the best person out there. Sometimes, you get lucky - other times, sadly not. This time, I hit it out of the ballpark! Adam arrived promptly on the day of the estimate. He was polite and gave me all the information that I needed to know. He was not the cheapest price I received but I had the most confidence in him. We chose an install date and the work could not have been more perfect. But, more importantly, the experience was amazing. He was so neat! When he left, I swear my house looked better than when he came in :). I would use him again and have already had the opportunity to happily recommend him! WORTH EVERY PENNY!!!
