It was a difficult job to determine why the lights in my home were not working properly, but he methodically and patiently determined the multiple problems and repaired everything . So grateful and thankful for the same day service. Wouldn't hesitate to use again.

My electrician was punctual, polite, courteous and clean. He explained to me what he was going to do before he started to work, which I appreciated! I spoke with the rudest young lady today (Sat 8/22/20). We met this company at the Home and Garden show in March. It's a shame, I enjoyed speaking with the person at the show. I was looking fwd to working with them. I called to have my house rewired. I also informed my friend who wanted to add ceiling fans and outlets to her home. You lost two customers.

They are pricey but they are outstanding. They stand behind their work. They are on time. And they make sure to wear shoe coverings. They are reliable.

I can’t say enough excellent things about Lance, the service technician who came out! We just purchased our first home so imagine our surprise when barely a month in the large grand chandelier fell from the ceiling in the early morning. I was going to replace it myself but remembered our home inspection pointed out some instances of aluminum wiring in the house so I thought I should have an electrician confirm the outlet was properly done before I go mucking around in the ceiling. Although it cost me an emergency dispatch fee, they had someone in my house first thing the very next morning. Lance was prompt and just so amazing - very kind and careful with keeping our house clean, taking care of the floors and finishings and really went above and beyond to help a very frazzled young family try figure out the mess they just purchased. While he was at our house we opted to have him also see if he could remove two outlets in the dining room from a dimmer switch so they can be always on. He explained the pricing up front and I knew what the job would cost as a final number before he began any work. For the first job, I was very impressed with how thorough and complete he was in taking care of not just the replacement chandelier, but even with safely disposing of the now broken old chandelier for us! He even offered to help move some boxes for the Salvation Army pick-up we had scheduled - I was just blown away by how kind and helpful he was! For the second job, I was so very pleased that he took the time to really figure out what was wrong. He ended up spending almost three hours discovering several issues - including things like faulty attempts at mitigating aluminum wire connection points in several outlets that we received confirmation prior to settling on the home had been fixed. He was able to come up with creative solutions to safely leverage what was already available to solve our problem and the best part is he really took the time to not only do it right, but to explain everything as he went and really helped me learn more about my house and how I can discover and resolve similar problems in the future. Being someone who is always trying to learn I really appreciated his willingness to answer my questions and share his depth of knowledge and experience! In the end, even though the job was a lot longer than either of us thought it would be, and even though the original cause for the emergency dispatch was already resolved, Lance made sure he stayed until we had a solution in place and we still only paid the initial quoted price! Yes, the price did seem a bit high compared to what I’ve seen on other provider’s quoted rates. However, the work really is just that good - absolutely worth it AND charging by the job instead of the hour takes all of the guessing out of how much you will need to pay, not to mention covers situations like this where the job ended up taking quite a bit longer than originally anticipated. We couldn’t be happier. We were so pleased with the service that we also signed up for their annual service plan to avoid emergency dispatch fees in the future and to get their annual safety inspection. There’s a lot of uncertainty associated with buying our first home, but at least we now know who we will call for all of our electrical needs!

Excellent. Jack was extremely professional. After completing whole house safety inspection, he presented the fire safety needs. No pressure sales and completed all work efficiently and clean. Had him out last year and requested him again.

I was so impressed when Bruce came out for the estimate. He had a mat to protect homeowners's carpets or flooring. Bruce and Justin were so very professional and efficient. Tim Kyle is my go-to electrician. So pleased!

John was a great technician who helped explain everything I needed (and didn't need) and what he was doing. He walked me through the estimate, and even realized I was a vet so included the veteran's discount. He was extremely helpful and a great technician. I will absolutely use Tim Kyle again.

We hired Tim Kyle Electrical to fix an issue that was identified during our home inspection. The crew came out and did a thorough review in order to find the exact issue. It turns out, the previous owners had installed a ceiling fan and did something funky with the wiring. Once the issue was identified, the crew quickly fixed it. They were so pleasant and thorough and the job was more than reasonably priced. We will definitely use them again. Chad was awesome!

I am extremely pleased with their service. They very carefully troubleshot the problem, and used everything possible to determine root cause of the issue. Both of the company's personnel were polite, professional, thorough, and knew what they were doing. While here they performed a safety check, and brought me up to speed on new electrical building codes that have been added since our house was built. They provided many options, and there was no pressure to select any of them. We will definitely be using them for future electrical work, including bringing a few things up to modern code.

The problem was with original exterior outlets tied to the circuit that were old and poorly insulated. I had mistakenly thought that the problem could only be with just one of the outlets, but they found the problem was with a second one as well. One of the two outlets was so poorly installed by the previous owner, that siding had to be cut in and the old spot sealed with a cover and caulked. The reason it had to be done so the new box would be connected to solid stud. They replaced both outlets with the modern "bubble cover" type, completely sealing and caulking both outlets. The guys were real gentlemen ---- all business while taking the time to completely explain what was to be done and why. Performed very clean work. Professional in every measurable sense. I will Tim Kyle again.

We used Tim Kyle Electric about 4 years ago and had a great experience, so we asked them back last week. They changed their pricing structure and we ended up paying $760 for 2 hours worth of work, which entailed replacing a bathroom fan and 10 light switches and we provided all the parts - so this pricing was primarily labor. They required $60 as a diagnostic fee (which did not go towards the final bill) and would not disclose any pricing estimates over the phone. My husband and I expected the electrician service we received a few years ago, which was an upfront hourly fee. With the refusal to disclose prices over the phone, we certainly did not expect the bill to be this high. We value a skilled and professional electrician; however, the seeming attempts to conceal prices is a disappointment - and honestly, very unprofessional. We will not be using this company again.

Jack was an excellent electrician. Very knowledgeable and explained many things about the electrical issues and work being done. Would definitely want him back in the future for any other work we have done.
