They were very easy to work with and they gave me a good price. I have a lot of counter space. So the price was well below my other estimates. They provided me with a list of warehouses I could visit to find a stone that I liked. Once I picked out the stone, they came out and measured my cabinets. When they finished fabricating the granite, they came out and installed them. They really did a nice job and the counter tops look superb. I would recommend them to everyone.

James, Holly and Cheryl were all super easy to work with.  Mom and I visited the shop once, James came and measured and while it took me several months to commit to the project they honored my original bid - even with one scope change.  Cheryl pointed me in the direction of the wholesaler if I had wanted to go see the exact stone before it was installed.  The shop called during fabrication process to ensure that I was going to be happy with seams.  I dropped in during installation - James explained what I sorta already knew, that the counters were uneven; happily, they were able to work with them.  He recommended a cleaning product and fully explained the install process, challenges and resolutions.  It is clear that they care about customer satisfaction and are skilled craftsmen.  Everything went super smooth.  Thank you to the entire team.

We visited the company showroom during the summer.   The showroom had multiple samples and displayed the edge styles available.  Several actual slabs of granite were available on site.  Owner convinced us to go with granite instead on our initial desire for quartz..  They also sell quartz.  We were able to view and select the granite of our choice on line. 
The installation was completed in one day with a return visit to smooth out a rough edge.   Installation and repair was all coordinated by our contractor.   Very pleased with the product and service provided.

When we went to their store Holly was professional and explained the whole process of getting countertops installed. She detailed the five edges that were included with the standard pricing and the information about which sinks could be used. They gave us the sink as part of their monthly special for free! She clearly explained that the cost of countertop removal was an additional price which included disposal and was well worth the cost. 
She provided contact information for the granite suppliers in Frederick. We checked out one supplier but were not happy with their level of customer service. This was no reflection on The Beveled Edge though. We went to a second supplier and found their level of service to be what we were expecting.
I just love color slab we selected. After a measure appointment, Jim brought the precut pieces to our home. Quickly removed our counters, sink, and faucet and within just a few hours had my new countertops installed. His attention to detail to highlight the pattern in the stone from the countertop on into the backsplash is amazing! He even gave me a cutting board made from the left over stone which had rubber pads on the bottom already. 
We just couldn't have asked for a better experience.

This company was recommended to me by a friend who knew I was getting estimates to have new countertops installed. I recently got an estimate from another company but had not commited to a contract yet. My friend told me to contact The Beveled Edge in Westminster and told me he was sure I would get a better deal. I met with Cheryl, their coordinator, who was very pleasant and helpful with giving me information. I decided to use this company after talking with Cheryl. I visited one of the warehouses she suggested and picked the stone I liked. After giving a deposit and settling on a final price, I signed the contract. The coordination between the warehouse and Beveled Edge went very smoothly. The owner of the company came to my house prior to all this and made the measurements which turned out perfectly. Before cutting the stone, they called me to talk with their stone cutting technician. The tech wanted to make sure I was satisfied with his templates before cutting the stone. There were a few areas that showed some veining but he worked a pattern that was able to eliminate these areas. He wanted to make sure I was completely happy before cutting. They called me a few days later and delivered the stone. The install went great and the stone fit perfectly. They even cut out a portion of the existing sheetrock wall behind the sink to make sure the backsplash fit perfectly flush. They did this without any extra charge. Jim (owner), Shaun (stone technician), and Pedro (support helper) handled all the work. The total time from contract signing to final installation was 17 days. I would recommend this company to anyone interested in having new granite or marble work done.
