All the firewood they delivered was not seasoned properly. I'm having a heck of a time lighting it, and I'm concerned about the creosote buildup. I measured the moisture content and it pegged my moisture meter at 35%... much below the 15-20% moisture content recommended. I called them about it and they admitted the wood was left out in the elements. The wood is useless- and I'm out $440. I called them to explain to them the problem and they argued with me for like 15 minutes. Bad attitude, bad product, bad service.
