At first they asked me to order the keyboard; they sent me a link to do this, part cost $66. It took about 2 weeks before they called for me to pick up the computer. During that time they discovered that the keyboard I ordered was the wrong one, however, since I ordered what they told me to order, they had ordered the correct part in the mean time and replaced it for the original agreed upon price. A bit of a glitch on their part, but great service. SELTEC is located in an old house in an out of the way place with no sign out front, be sure to watch for the address on the mailbox if you use them.
