There's a good reason we've been using Schnauble for roughly 20 years ... they're the very best in the business all the way around. They diagnose and repair your vehicle correctly the first time and they don't attempt to pump up your bill with unnecessary work. It's fairly easy to get an appointment there and, once they have your vehicle, they perform the service as expediently as possible without sacrificing on the quality of the workmanship. They're honest, knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. Kalee, the owner's daughter who works in the front office, is especially good. They'll even provide you with a ride to and from anywhere in Westminster while they're repairing your vehicle. Our last major job at Schnauble was in September 2018. We had purchased a used car - a 2016 Nissan Sentra SV - from a local dealership in December 2017. It was supposed to have had a brand new battery installed by that dealership the day before we bought the car. Yet the battery was as dead as a door nail six weeks later and had to be replaced. The same thing happened all over again six months later and, at this point, we were convinced the problem wasn't bad batteries but something within the car that was draining the batteries. Only because the car was still under the manufacturer's warranty, we took it to one of their dealerships - Nissan on Eisenhower Drive in Hanover PA - so the repair wouldn't cost us. Nissan in Hanover kept the car for three days, claimed to have run every test there is for a parasitic drain on a battery, yet couldn't find anything (so either they lied to us and didn't run the required tests or they did run them and were too incompetent to find the problem). We then took the car to Schnauble and they spotted the problem within the first 30 minutes ... an incorrectly installed tracking device was draining the batteries. Once the tracking device had been removed, the problem was resolved. A mechanic with 20 years experience (according to his manager) exclusively with Nissan vehicles couldn't diagnose the cause of the drain on our batteries in three days but Schnauble, who works on all makes and isn't a Nissan specialist, zeroed in on the cause within the first 30 minutes. This is typical of their expertise. If you're looking for a shop for your vehicle that's about as perfect as can be, give Schnauble a try. Once you do, you'll never go elsewhere.

Our experience has been good. They're not cheap but they're in value. Their work is good quality and has a fair price. It's a family owned business. The front desk is the daughter of the proprietor. They're very knowledgeable, very organized and professional. The work has been done thoroughly. We've used them three times and so far so good.

Got me in within 24 hours of my first call to them. Estimate provided on the phone was true to the final cost. Friendly and honest personnel -- told me what needed to be addressed right away, and what could wait another 30K miles before needing to be addressed. Shop offered pick-up and drop-off service as well as off-hours key drop-off for great convenience. Will use again for all my service needs.

I was planning to buy an used 2006 Toyota Corolla from a local dealership. Since this was supposed to be my first car I was planning to get it inspected by a reliable mechanic. I was looking for a local and reputable mechanic and not any genetic chain. I did a Google search and found that Schnauble was the best mechanic in that area. I was contacted them through their online appointment scheduling form and I was promptly contacted through email. I also later confirmed the appointment through phone. The lady who address my call was very cordial and professional.
On the specific day, I took the car to the shop along with a salesperson from the dealership. The place was very clean and professional. We had to wait around half and hour for the courtesy inspection. The mechanic took the key from us and drove the car from the parking spot probably opposite to the shop. After half and hour, the mechanic returned with car and provided a detailed written report. There were some minor/semi major issues in the car. Also, he gave an estimate for all the repair and replacement (around $900). His report seems to be very legitimate and detailed. The salesperson from the dealership also agreed to the report.
Eventually, I did not buy that car, and bough a new car. But, I shall recommend Schnauble to everyone for their qualityand reliable service, and shall come back to the place.

They are very personable and concerned about what was going on with my car and I was very pleased. I would use Schnauble Automotive Inc. again in the future.

All work was performed in a timely manner and repairs/replacements were done as specified. There were no surprises. Great job!

They have a master technician on board and the owner works on the cars also. If the car needs more than an oil change, they have someone who can take you home/work after dropping your car off, then pick you up at home/work so you can pick up your car. The waiting area is very clean and welcoming and a customer is greeted promptly by the very friendly service writer.

Even when the new exhaust system I had ordered for my Corvette was discovered to have arrived with the wrong part (this was discovered in the middle of the job), Schnauble's couldn't have been more accommodating. While the snafu was being straightened out, Schnauble's worked with me and the exhaust system provider to rectify the situation. The car had to be left there for about 2 weeks. Schnauble's kept it inside for me at night. They couldn't have been nicer about it even though it wasn't their fault (or mine) at all. I wasn't charged storage. As soon as the correct part arrived, they finished the job quickly. I couldn't have been more pleased!

They've been here for a while. They are good. They replace what needs to be replaced. They don't try to sell a whole lot of add-ons and all those stuffs. I've had other work done there in the past. I've had brake work done and they've replaced the shock absorber for me. They've been extremely honest with me. They send out an e-mail every month informing me about the special offers they have. They keep in touch with me. If I have any issues, they take me in fast. They can do estimates really quickly. I've never had a problem with them. They'll also pick me up and take me wherever I want to while they are working on my car. It's really convenient. It's like a little shuttle. Once I get there and once I'm done with checking my car, they'll take me wherever I want to right away. I don't have to wait for a shuttle or anything. They work on all kinds of cars. I don't know if they specialize in Foreign, but they work on them. They are really nice and friendly. It's a small company with 4 mechanics at the most. The office staff is the family. They definitely know their job. I would continue to use them in the future.

I would highly recommend them. The service is excellent and customer focused, and the prices are fair. All the mechanics stand behind their work.
