I cannot more highly recommend Schaefer Mechanical Services! And especially Dave (for residential). When you call, you'll be greeted by someone who is friendly and genuinely interested in helping you. Within 30 minutes, Dave called. He intently listened to my list of repairs, provided insight into the problems. Dave and his helpful assistant Jesse arrived earlier than promised. At each location of the repair, Dave explained what was wrong and what he will do to fix it. Both Dave and Jesse worked very quickly and their repairs were very thorough with the least expensive and most effective solution. I repeat: I cannot recommend these guys more highly!

It went well I called for an estimate at about 4:30 after noticing the leak, and they were out at about 6 pm giving us an estimate. They were very close to two other estimates...and we had two others for 7,000 each. I was very happy with Dave Wells, he's very knowledgable and friendly. They gave me a written estimate within two days, and three days later I called to schedule. They came three days later to do the actual work after I submitted a down payment. I'm so impressed with how fast they worked. It took about 6 hours from start to finish. Not bad at all...everyone was very polite. I am totally going to reccommend them to everyone I know. :) I'm extremely happy now I just need to start planting grass seed so I'll have grass next spring. :) They work alongside with South Carroll Backhoe who is already on Angie's List. :)
