satellite tv service
 + -1 moreI am most favorably impressed with the work this company did. They were on time, polite, accommodating, and completely professional. The installers were highly experienced and inspired total confidence in the work they performed. When entering the house, the installer removed his shoes without being asked to avoid soiling the (off white) carpet. This is the kind of extra attention to the customer that really makes a company shine.
Description of Work: The company relocated a satellite dish to improve signal reception. First, they removed the dish from its existing mount on the side of a bay window, filled the holes with a silicone sealant. Second, they surveyed the proposed site for signal reception. Third, they sunk a pole into the ground onto which the dish would be mounted. While the dish was being remounted, a second worker was running the cable from the input to the house back out to the dish. Connections were checked and corroded connectors were replaced. The dish alignment was "peaked." Finally, the installers checked the equipment and signal strength inside the house, to verify proper installation.
