We were in the process of selling our house, and to accomplish we needed to provide an official estimate asap. Brian from Platinum Exteriors returned my phone call with in 4 hours (on the weekend!!!) and was able to give me an estimate by email 20 minutes later. That was beyond anything I expected and Brian made the process painless, which when selling a house is invaluable! We will definitely be using Platinum Exteriors in the future. I highly recommend them.

Brian came on time the morning of the project.  Despite challenges with an older Baltimore town home, he and his partner worked hard through the day to make it all happen.  They were always very respectful and professional.  They took time to make sure every detail was covered.  Everything was cleaned up at the end of the job.  We were truly satisfied with their work.

Brian Long was the fourth person to give me a proposal on my roof.  He also was the only one who took pictures while up on my roof to explain exactly what had to be done to give me the best protection on the roof.  This impressed me because no one else took the time to actually show me exactly what they planned to do to give me the best protection against the weather.  He gave me a very fair proposal, and I decided to have his company do the work.  Let me say, it was a very good choice.  His crew arrived on Wednesday at 7:30 a.m.  They were finished by 3:30p.m., and everything was totally cleaned around my property. There was not a single nail or debree to be found anywhere.  My roof looks really beautiful.  I couldn't be more pleased with the results.

Also, Brian is a very nice man to work with.  He is pleasant and very professional.  His is also "on the job" during the process which meant a great deal to me.

I would highly recommend him and would definitely hire him again if I needed other work done.

The group of 3-4 people came and completely installed hi quality windows at a fair price to my house as well as my neighor's house in a very timely fashion.  He personally, as owner of the company actively participated in the installation.  From the time we found him at the Home and Garden Show, he was never pushy.  (We have had several estimates from the 'Big Companies' and were always turned off by thier approach.  They worked continuously through the day, breaking only for lunch, and worked till dusl to accomplish what needed to be done.

Our house was for sale and after a home inspection, the buyer requested that we make some repairs to the roof before settlement which was only a few weeks away.  We had already moved and now live about 1500 miles from our house in Maryland.  We contacted Platinum Exteriors because they had previously put new siding on our house and we were happy with the way they handled that job.  Brian Long went out to examine the roof and called us back with an estimate.  He was able to schedule the repairs and complete  them within a time frame of only a week and a half.  It was good knowing that despite the fact that we lived so far away, there was a company we could count on to get the job done. 

Overall it went very well.  They are very flexible and with the price as well.  I haven’t really used any other window company but I guess they are not very favorable.  The guy Brian works for himself.  He is very flexible.  There were a couple of things that were sorted out.  So far the quality is good and I haven’t had any issues with the windows.  I will use their services again in the future.

When Brian Long came out to give us an estimate on the job he did a very thorough inspection, pointed out all the things that were wrong and even took pictures with his phone so we could see problem areas in our attic and outside on the porch roof. We got two estimates and chose Brian because he took the extra time to explain everything in depth and also seemed to offer the most for the price including caulking all windows and taking care of some extra items. He worked with us to schedule the work at the time that was best for us and his crew showed up promptly, was very polite and got the job done in three days so there wasn't too much disruption. The crew did an excellent job, tended to all the details, even matching the color of the caulk to the siding. They cleaned up and removed all of the debris so that, other than the nice new siding, you could barely tell they had been here. In addition to the siding, they also nailed down some loose trim and replaced a few roof shingles. The sliding door out to our deck had been sticking and was very hard to open so we decided to have it replaced. Brian and his brother did that work themselves. It was a pretty tight fit and they had to do a lot of shaving and adjusting to get it to fit. The new door is not perfect, but it is so much better than the last one. Overall we are very satisfied with the work done by Platinum Exteriors.
