These guys know what they're talking about...and do phenomenal work. They wrapped a bunch of windows and the work looks fantastic. It went so well that i asked them to do some additional work for the project which they should be starting this week.

Brian and his crew were very knowledgeable and professional. They removed and installed all new vinyl siding new gutters and new windows on front porch along with remodeling the front porch. I kept adding little projects and Brian worked with me and added his advice to accommodate my wants. Would definitely rehire.

Brian worked within our needs and our budget constraints. The installers worked exceptionally well and had the job done quickly. I am very thankful for the improvement to our rain gutter system and would recommend this company over others who bid the project..

We interviewed 5 other companies before we decided on Platinum Exteriors. Brian fully explained the product and the installation process. What an excellent choice. Brian and the men in his company were professional, efficient, and neat. They replaced 14 windows in my home in one day! Before they left, they even vacuumed the carpets. The next day they came back to clean the windows inside and out from any sticky stuff that was left when they took off the manufacturer's stickers. This is decidedly more than what one might expect. I do highly recommend this company.

Working with Brian was a pleasure. He was never pushy in his salesmanship and took pride in the work he did, and personally participated in doing. We felt comfortable with Brian and his company from the beginning. He was very knowledgeable in the product he proposed, but, always let us know that he would work with us and install whatever window we chose. We never felt rushed when making decisions. (We've dealt with several of the 'Big Boy' window companies and always were turned off by them. We've already decided to use him when installing new doors next year.

Brian Long was punctual, neat and very efficient. He promised me that the windows would be in 3 weeks and they were. He promised that he would arrive at my house at 9:00a.m and he was. He explained the need for additional wood work around the windows. I would highly recommend this company

Brian Long of Platinum received my request last week, and called from the property a few hours later. He understood the problem with the vinyl siding, explained his repair approach, explained the material supply, and essentially fixed this that same day. I am selling a house that had - last week - one outstanding eyesore of a hole in the siding caused by a falling limb. This week, that hole is repaired and the house looks much better for it. They were very great and able to repair my aluminum siding that had come off my chimmney. He came out and matched the color and it looks great! He also tightened up other pieces that he saw were loose while he was here and said that could be in danger of coming off during a bad wind storm. While he was up on my roof he also noticed how bad my gutters were clogged and loose from the house so he cleaned them and tightened them up too. He goes above and beyond and I recomend him highly.

Brian Long from Platinum Exteriors was extremely responsive, and also helped work with my insurance company to expedite the approval process. Very pleased with the service and the work.
