The contact with the sales person and I found him to be much less responsive and took me much less seriously than the technician that came out. The good relationship I had and the good service really was from the technician. If it had been the sales person, I wouldn't have gotten anything done. It wasn't until I started communicating with the technician directly that I felt he was more responsive. 

They're flexible, there is no contract. It's based on your needs and you don't get locked into anything. The sales guy was horrible but the technician is great.

I have found a large reduction in number of insects in my house since I started using Patriot.  Less stink bugs, and other insects that use to find their way inside.  I also have them spray around my hot tub.

They're very honest and friendly. They're competent and do good work. They're in quick and out quick. What's really nice is that they call and schedule with you, you don't have to remember when to call them.
