The estimate was fair and the worked was completed as promised. Not only did they repair the damage but they identified the source of water leakage concealed behind door trim. They did excellent work and I would surely use them again. I offer my highest recommendation. Attached is a photo they took showing the source of leakage.

This person is a thief you know how it went over all. Let this individual do nothing for you at all. He does not do what he says hes going to do and to top it all he still has a MHIC license.Does not say much for this state now does it. And just because a name is listed on websites does not make the company good and or does not remove them from being a thief either. $4,000.00 dollars gone.But one thing is for sure God is in control and he says that vegeance is mine say'eth the lord.

How did it go overall? Are you kidding me, this individual was paid to level a floor so that ceramic tile could be installed. Well this so called contractor came out and started the job and thought that they finished the job. Well when the tile company came out to install the tile they could not. Why? The floor was off 1.75 inches across the room. This so called contractor can't level a floor even when using a level. So the floor was delayed and a qualified contractor came in and did the job properly. Again a extra cost that the homeowner had to put out in addition to paying this so called contractor. You want stress and heartache in your life, hire this so called contractor. I would highly recommend to go elsewhere. The laws in this state need to change. You have to have the contractor finish the job than sue to the contractor. Why would you let anyone finish a job when you have already found issues with the job being performed. Stay tuned for more disasters that this so called contractor has done in Carroll County, Md.

He gave an honest opinion when he came out. He gave me tips on things I should and shouldn't do. However, he never got back to me. He was supposed to send an estimate and call me the next day, but he didn't. I never heard from him again.

Bob is great. He knows what he is doing and does it well. He is licensed and insured. He arrives when he says he will, gets the job done on time, and has a skilled and courteous team. He leaves the worksite clean every night and is careful to point out dangers if there are children or pets in the house. He makes only necessary noise -- no loud radios -- and takes great care to keep dust from spreading beyond the area in which he is working. He'll never block your driveway or leave worksite debris around. He takes care of it all. I can highly recommend him, and anyone who hires him can consider himself or herself lucky: he has a very good reputation and is frequently very busy. He even does relatively minor repairs with great care going the extra step to put in caulking or an extra nail or screw. He is really good.
