I met with Tim and his brother to discuss the project scope. Both were professional and I received the estimate in a timely manner. Also, the estimate was very reasonable and within our budget. Though the community board chose a different vendor for this specific project, we would have no problems in reaching out to Milstreed Roofing for future work.
