I am an architect, and have worked with a lot of manufacturers. For my own bathroom renovation, I chose Merrell for the quality of their product, but was very pleasantly surprised by their excellent customer service. I got the impression that the people at Merrell really cared about my project. It was Christmas time, and when other companies were telling me they couldn't meet their deadlines, Merrell came through. They also caught an error I had made in specifying a finish, and they let me know BEFORE installing the item. That saved me time and money. And the baths look amazing!
