Everything was great and fast. Kyle (owner) is honest, fair and transparent. Definitely didn't feel oversold like some proposals.

Kyle and his team were great through the entire process. Having an old farm house and having a complete heat pump system installed was no easy task. Everything turned out perfect his crew was very professional and his price was more then fair for the work performed.

Kyle Cain and his team did a wonderful job and I was so pleased we selected Mason Dixon over the other 2 larger, well known suppliers that provided quotes. I also called 3 references before hiring Mason Dixon and all 3 gave rave reviews about the quality of work. It was obvious when Kyle came out to provide an estimate that he knows what he's talking about. He was also very honest about what we needed for our home without going overboard. I also like that he uses American Standard made by Trane. When the work was performed the team was here on time, they were very hardworking and respectful, and they cleaned up after themselves. We had our furnace replaced in the fall so Kyle came back the following spring at no cost to us to test the AC and ensure proper levels/settings. He checked the attic system while he was here. I can't say enough good about Mason Dixon. Honest, dependable, great quality, very reasonable price. I highly recommend them and promise you won't be disappointed!
