They got some things mixed up and there was some inconvenience but it worked out. It was a special but I think they all very expensive. When we finally got everything straight, they were punctual.

Terrible. Understandably, they use subs. The storm door was put up with a big scratch (about 12 inches) down the middle of it. The entry door had sustained damage on the top sill from a nail being driven through it. They atttempted to cover it up by using putty and the painting it with the touch up paint that comes with the door. The inlay of the door had the paint chipped. They also damaged our door bell wiring. They then questioned if we were telling the truth. Then, Lowes sent the original contractors to our house after we made it very clear we did not want that contractor working on our project anymore. It took over a month for the doors and the doorbell to be replaced and that was only after my phone call to their customer service.

It was excellent. They delivered the washer, installed it, and took away the old washer within 24 hours. They even delivered for free.

I ordered a special order Kohler shower door from another Lowe's store. Being a special order it arrived 3 weeks later. When I went to make arrangements at the other Lowe's store, they told me they didn't have a shower door installer at that specific store. I contacted Lowe's of Westminster and they installed the door. The installer company came out first to do a site check, which cost $35.00. After they were satisfied that the door would fit the shower, we made arrangements to have the door installed. Lowe's was running a sale, so the normal installation of $220.00 was reduced to $125.00. They came out 2 weeks later and installed the door. The two installers were great and they finished the job in an hour. It was a great experience and it was done right the first time.
