Lowe's - Westminster

The carpet installation was wonderful and they did have a good installer. I did have an issue with the carpet itself and I did get in touch with someone who came out and told me that if I have any more problems to let them know. At this point everything is kind of up in the air. I got top of the line carpet and it's just an odd-ball thing. I like the installer and I like that when I go in there I get help. I like their products too, I think it was just a fluke that happened this time. I was told that if the problem occurs again that I would have to have the carpet ripped out. From all of the inspections I had I was told that at the manufacturing level the roll this carpet came from had been missed and that's why I was having trouble. I did talk to Lowe's and they told me that they would do something if the problem occurred again, but I'm just not sure what that is yet. I guess that's why I keep using Lowe's is because of their service.

I have always been satisfied with the contractors they send out.
