Great work.

Professional conduct at all times. Was punctual, when unexpected delays occurred he kept in touch w/ us. Extremely responsive. Cleaned & tidied up at the end of each day. When a job required additional hands to complete properly & safely he brought along help. He suggested an additional downspout to improve runoff direction during heavy rains.

He was very reasonably priced and I did get several bids. He provided the service within a week of first visit. He provided his record of liability insurance and his license. The work was very well done, left no mess or damage or clean up for me to do. We would use his services again.

Went great, neat job and no damage to planting beds.

We just found Kevin's Handyman Services a couple of months ago. Wish we'd known about them much sooner. We moved into our and quot;newand quot; 29-year-old home 7 months ago, where we've had a lot of small-to-medium sized jobs we've wanted done; jobs that we were unable to do ourselves. Prior to finding Kevin, we had paid a lot more than we wanted, to have a general contractor do some of those jobs. We have found Kevin to be very responsive, always returning our calls quickly, and available in a very reasonable amount of time to do the requested job. No job seems to be too big or too small. All three of Kevin's men who have been to our home, Kevin himself, Jack and Colton, are polite, friendly and responsive. They always go over with us everything they are doing, and they always clean up thoroughly when the job is finished. We did find a small nick in the kitchen cabinet above the range hood after that installation, but Kevin is coming back to fix it. We have additional jobs we're planning to have him do, including removal of the wallpaper in the kitchen. We have referred a friend to Kevin, and she is also having some jobs done by him and/or his men.

Service was quick and product was just as promised.

They had to re-do the frame (second day) due to the mitre cuts being and quot;offand quot; - the cuts in general were not equal from one end to the other, and the shelf or bottom pane was too thick and not a good fit. The last day was the and quot;tellerand quot; - I questioned the staining and the putty look...He assured me that it needed to dry. I called in horror after 5 hours - putty was not stainable, the stain and poly job is horrid, it looks like pancakes with syrup just poured over them! I have photos I would love to share. Upon discussing when he could come out and and quot;repairand quot; this horrid mistake, his wife started yelling and screaming in the background and got on the phone to accuse me of intentionally NOT paying him for the job. She accused me of trying to rip them off. They both ended up yelling, and screaming at me for stopping payment on the final check. It was a disgusting experience, and as far as I know I have to let Kevin Serdula have an opportunity to and quot;repairand quot; the job, which will require him to remove the entire frame work and install new frame work...putty, stain and poly. Quite frankly, I have NO CONFIDENCE that this job will be done correctly.

Update: The day came when Kevin and his Brother came out to repair. An argument ensued, Kevin ended up stomping out of my home pointing at the job saying and quot;This was all your faultand quot; to me, as if he was a victim. He handed me and quot;Maryland Intention to File Lienand quot;...and I just stood there.

Please do not hire Kevin Serdula - Kevin's Handyman Services. He does not know what he's doing.

Kevin and his helper were on time and did good work. He can do everything! That is why I hired him. Very pleased and will call him again.

It was so cold the pet door shattered! It runs from my bedroom out onto the outdoor deck, when it broke, I had a gaping hole in the wall. Had to order the new door online and set up for a handyman to come out quickly to do the job. Called Kevin and he was able to fit me in that day. They came by at 3:30 and had the job done before 5. Nice work!

Kevin and his assistant are fantastic to work with. This time, they arrived around 9:30 a.m. and got right to work on my list. They first let me walk them through all the things i needed done and make an organized list of what supplies they needed, then they headed out to Home Depot, returned and worked straight through until 4p.m. (with a lunch break, obviously) With the landscaping lighting, Kevin stopped to show me what was wrong and how it had happened, he also stopped to show me how to change out a tricky overhead light in my kitchen so I can do it myself in the future. He had some challenging jobs at my house this time, including hanging a very large and heavy mirror 15-feet or so up in my foyer... I know it was a tough job, and I actually told him not to feel like he had to do it if it was going to be impossible, but he kept going until it was done and done right. They cleaned up and left everything the way they found it. They really REALLY do a great job. It's hard to find a good handyman who you can trust and use regularly. I'm happy to say I have found one and can recommend him to everyone I know!

Overall he was great. Worked hard and made sure his work was neat, clean, and well done.
