Jeremy from Ken's Appliance located the problem, parts have been ordered and will be installed as soon as they are in. I couldn't have asked for a nicer, more professional person. And I thought the cost was reasonable.

Ken was very responsive, professional and VERY knowledgeable. Ken was able to quickly diagnose the issue and very quickly rectify the issue. I will definitely call Ken the next time any of my major appliances are not working!

My initial request for repair service went to an answering machine but I received a quick call back from Ken. On the date of service, he arrived within the time frame he had mentioned, giving us a courtesy call when he was in route. He was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable about the repair issue and had anticipated the fix, bringing spring kits for several Kenmore models so that our dishwasher was promptly fixed. There was a problem with getting the appliance out of its space, something about the original installation, but Ken persevered while making sure our hardwood flooring was protected from damage. Door now works great, after having both springs replaced. I definitely recommend this gentleman, for your repair needs.

The first time Ken came out, everything seemed to go ok. he told my husband what was causing the water leakage in the fridge and because we just bought the house, we were inclined to believe him that it was a lack of maintenance and paid him 150 to fix it. three months later we had the exact same issue and he charges us the exact same amount stating that it would probably happen again. different story than what he initially said. we have a home warranty that will replace the fridge if it cannot be repaired, however, he would not agree to this. so basically he is happy to charge 150 every few months because he can. He should have been open about this from the beginning and I don't think he should have charged the full amount a second time. When I called him to discuss this further, him and his wife dodged me for two weeks promising to call me back when I finally called from a different phone number. Ken finally called me a week later when I was sick and losing my voice. I asked him to call me later that same day and never heard from him again.

"The customer has a house warranty and they will not pay for Icemaker leaks. I told her husband that and gave him an est. of defrosting ice from I/m leak if he wanted me to do the service. That service was done on 9/19/2014. I was called again on 1/29/2015 of water leaking in freezer, I found food items clogged in drain. I told husband of issue and that the warranty company said they did not cover this service. I opened drain and it was working. Each time I had called their warranty company and was told that service was not covered. As I had told husband it was a different service each time and 4 months had went by before the other issue. I did return [Member Name Removed] call serveral times with no answer and when I did get her she said she could not talk to me at this time. I am not authorized to condemned an appliance for her warranty company. The warranty company said that the issues would not be covered by their policy there for they would not condemned the appliance. They would have to take that up with their warranty company. Again each time the husband was there and authorized the repairs. So [Member Name Removed] statements are unjustified."

When I called Ken's appliance service, I spoke with a very nice lady on the phone. We scheduled a time for ken to come to the house and take a look at the dryer. When Ken arrived he inspected the dryer, notified me that knew exactly what was wrong with it, and said he would order the part and have his secretary let me know when it came in. I got a call a few days later, and they were able to find a time slot, that was later in the day to come repair the part so I would not have to take off work. (BONUS POINTS!) When Ken arrived the second time, he got strait to work and was very efficient while replacing the worn out part. He replaced the worn out part and also gave my dryer a good cleaning, Then gave me a few pointers on some other issues I was having with other appliances. The cost was very fair, and Ken's a very nice guy. I love working with small businesses where you deal directly with the owner. I would gladly recommend him.

We called for an appt and had one set within 2 days. The company gave us a 2 hour window. They called the night before to remind us of the next day's appt. Ken showed up within the time frame given wearing his company shirt and professionally dressed. He headed straight for the dishwasher and went right to work without any hesitation. After checking all hardware he called the tech support line of the manufacturer and found out it was a computer programming issue. He stayed on the line and tested until he was sure it was fixed. He looked around kitchen and explained he was a rep for all our other appliances if we ever had problems in the future. We have high end appliances and it was good to know we had a resource in the future. Very, very please with the entire experience. I would recommend ken's appliance to anyone who was in need if repairs!

Overall we were pleased. I called and was given an appointment (based on the weather) and it was promptly handled. Office staff was wonderful and responsive. I will use Ken's again if I need appliance or grill repair. Thanks to Angie's List.

We called that morning hoping to get into the schedule. A tech was already in the area on another call. After explaining what was wrong, the make and model they said they could stop by within an hour if someone could be home. They were there in 1/2 hour, explained what potentially could be wrong, examined the refridgerator/freezer and found just as they suspected - the Main computer board had gone bad. Fortunately it is such a common problem and a popular model; they try to keep that part on the truck all the time. The bad board was replaced; the burned spot was obvious on the old part. The entire process took less than 45 minutes. No fuss and we are back up and running. The tech handed over a magnetic business card and it went right up on the fridge

Ken is pleasant and very professional. He is experienced and diagnosed the problem rapidly and had the replacements parts with him. Everything was fixed in an hour. He left the kitchen clean. We can highly recommend Ken.

Ken took my call, came out the next day and repaired the washer in one half hour. He also found an electrical problem while he was working on the washer and repaired that also. A very nice, polite man.

THIS COMPANY DID A REALLY GOOD JOB REPAIRING MY WASHER. THEY WERE VERY PROMPT ON MY FIRST CALL. THE PRICE WAS RIGHT, AND THEY STAYED WITHIN THE ESTIMATE THEY GAVE ME. THEY CLEANED UP THEIR MESS BEFORE THEY LEFT.

I THINK THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB. THEY CHARGE A FLAT SIXTY DOLLARS FOR THE SERVICE CALL, AND THEN ADDITIONAL CHARGES DEPENDING ON THE WORK THAT THEY HAVE TO DO. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS.
