I had ordered the sewing machine from an Internet site. When I went back to the site after we lost the part, they couldn't replace it. I tried searching on my own, but got no where. So I called Jomax Sew N Vac. Even though Sew N Vac doesn't carry this machine, they researched it for me and found the part I needed, ordered it and had it sent directly to my home. They were extremely helpful and I had the part in less than 2 weeks.
