He got in touch with me very quickly and actually managed same-day service. I was unable to be on site when it was done so there were things that were done that shouldn't have been, and things that were mown/cut down that were plants in the garden. Because of the level of neglect of the property this was to be expected, but do NOT have any kind of work like this done when you're not present. Considering the situation the company did a very fast job and the house was able to be shown in a hurry.

I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM. HE IS HONEST, PROFESSIONAL, DEPENDABLE, & FAIR. I THINK HE'S A WONDERFUL GUY TO WORK WITH. HE DOES A REALLY NICE JOB.
