Despite explaining to the office what the problem was and the repairman working for a half hour or more, he then said he could not clear the sediment because he did not have the right size "key." I was left with no option but to have a new faucet installed. Billed from the time they leave their office until they return, so was billed travel time, time wasted on an attempt to cleaning sediment that couldn't be finished. Recommend always checking on how you will be billed and go with a plumber that does it by the project, as Angie's List recommends. Took the faucet without asking despite telling me Moen will repair any faucet no matter the age. Live and learn.
