I just put in an offer on a gorgeous old house from the 1800s and wanted to be sure I knew what I was getting into. The inspector found that the electrical system just couldn?t handle all my new kitchen appliances?it was only rated for 100 amps or something, but modern homes need at least 150 or 200. Sure enough, when he turned on the oven and the HVAC at the same time it tripped the breaker. He explained everything in plain English and took time to show me the main panel and what would need upgrading. I wish I?d known about the electrical earlier, but I?m glad they caught it before I moved in!

I can not believe how helpful Jon has been both in the building/selling properties over the years. Or 🤦‍♂️maybe I can? Outside of our success over the years, Jon is somebody I truly admire. My father (who's an amazing pm) , and I used to make a joke about this dude. " The only person that Jon can't satisfy is Jon." We're big fans. He'll help you or die trying.
