I made the mistake of purchasing an older (01) BMW with low miles
thinking that the safety features would be a good choice for a new,
young driver in our household. It developed problem after problem. I
took it to Francis Automotive and was very pleased with the quality of
the work, attention to detail, knowledge of the vehicle and
friendliness. Jeff really knows BMW and if he doesn't know about a
specific issue; he knows people who do! Francis rates are much less
that dealer rates. Even though I spent a fortune in repair on that car,
it was much less than if I took it to a dealership. I traded in the BMW and
purchased a different car (not BMW/European) but if it needs out of warranty
repair/service I won't hesitate to take it to Francis Automotive!

Jeff Francis did his usual great job. I dropped my vehicle off the night before my appointment and I picked it up at 5:00PM the next evening. Jeff completed the 120K mile check list. Jeff is a qualified BMW mechanic, he previously worked at Towson BMW. Francis Automotive provides the same service as BMW but the shop is more convenient to my location and the cost is less expensive because you don't pay the overhead of the big dealer. And Jeff and Michelle are great people.
