After I described the problem on the telephone to Eric, he told me he would come to my house as soon as possible, even though it was 11pm. He arrived sooner than I expected and immediately explained what he needed to do to replace the pressure relief valve and stop the water leaking into my basement. The repair took about 20 minutes and was done perfectly. I am very pleased with Eric and First Class Mechanical Plumbing, especially their responsiveness to a late night emergency repair. I have found my long-term plumbing company!

From start to finish, this company was highly professional and honest. Had been quoted minimum 2600 for a job to remedy my loss of water pressure with a total install and Ray and the guys came over actually evaluated my pumps and monitored the pressure and found a super simple solution. Saved a ton of money and am super happy with outcome. Very excited to find another great professional on Angie's list. All of the work went great. The techs were super polite and professional. The installed both the water heater, and water softener quickly and efficiently. Even though they had to run a loop from the softener (in the laundry room) to the main water line (under the front stairs), they were able to do that with minimal cutouts in the drywall, so there is very little to patch. We are very pleased with the quality of the products and the service that we received.

It was a hard job with a few complications. However, the team knew what they were doing, found the problems and fixed them on the spot. In addition, they explained what they were doing along the way. We learned a few things in the process, about wells, pumps and all the parts involved. The cost was less than expected. We're grateful for their service and would not hesitate to call them again. Best of all, we have water.

The pricing was high but competitive, the work that was done was really good. The work was a little delayed because we had to order it but in the end it worked out fine. They worked along my schedule.

On Saturday, I went down to the basement to get some items for a part we were having, and discovered that the water heater was leaking. I remembered that a friend had called First Class Mechanical for a plumbing problem and recommended them. I called and they were great. They asked a bunch of questions to figure out what I needed, and told me when the tech would be out. Within a few hours the old water heater was gone and replaced with a brand new one. The tech was courteous friendly and efficient.

They gave me a senior discount. The installer, Ray, was excellent.

I had a hard time finding someone who services this type of work. They came out right away after I contacted them. The father of the owner completed the work. He has a great amount of experience and was able to diagnose and repair the issue. It turned out very well.

Showed up ontime, very professional and had pump replaced in one hour.

He put a tester on the unit. The reading was low. Replaced the part. Waited for the unit to start after 10 minute reset. Worked fine. Took 40 minutes.

The team arrived as planned on the first day. Everything went well. They arrived early to work and worked until around 8 pm that evening. They dug up a section of our yard and our driveway and bored a hole to run a new water line. They installed new pipes and main water shut off valves. They cleaned up their mess and put everything back to as close as it was before they arrived.
On the second day, I expected them to arrive at 7:30, however they didn't arrive until 9:45. A phone call would have just been nice. Other than that, great job!!!

I had a leak that was dripping through down to my basement. I found a possible source and replaced a rusted off sink tailpiece in an upstairs bathroom. Unfortunately that did not solve the problem. Running out of vacation time from work, I called First Class Mechanical and they were able to fit me in on their way back to the shop that afternoon. After looking at everything they discovered a leaking toliet tank in an adjacent bathroom was causing the issue. They tightened a bolt and were out on their way home.
