No service was actually performed because of how poor and rude the customer service was with the owner.  I had spent over 6 weeks researching and preparing to buy a pellet stove, after narrowing my selection down to 2 different stoves I went into the shop to see the stove and talk with the staff on site about installation.  
After meeting the salesperson on site and having her give me some great information I basically decided to go with the stove being sold at this location because I figured I would go with the best customer service since the stoves were about equal.  I went home to think it over before making the final decision on the $6K purchase.  When I called back after the weekend the salesperson I had originally met with was not there but the owner was who I ended up speaking with.  
To make a long story short the owner looked over the salesperson's quote and told me it was wrong and that $200 needed to be added to the price.  I went back and forth with owner over the fact that I had a written quote but he said that he would not honor the quote and continued to be very rude with me.  We got off the phone with a promise from him to call me back.  I decided to call back and offer to meet him in the middle by going up $100 and he could come down $100, even though I had a written quote which should have been honored.  
When I called back to make this offer the owner became even angrier and told me that I can come up $100 and the other $100 would come out of his employee's pay check, but he wasn't going to honor the quote anyway...
Based upon his poor attitude and horrible customer service I wisely chose not to purchase the stove from him, knowing that if there were any problems with the stove or install I would not get reliable or fair service from this company.
I followed up with an email to this company with no response.

Very well. They were on time and on target. Good prices. Competent staff. Nice complete job.
