Outstanding! It's not often you get quality and pleasant service from ANY company. Today, Excello West applied a termite treatment to our son's house. From my initial call to Leslae at Excello, to the inspection by John, and the application by Jeff, I was treated like a VIP. Each of them treated me kindly and professionally. They explained very clearly what the process was, what I can expect from it, and how much it cost. They also accommodated several changes in my appointments. And most of all, the quality of the application that Jeff did is outstanding. He instilled trust that we won't have any problems with termites for a long time. I pay close attention to the quality and expertise in a provider, and also how they treat me and my family as people. Excello is superb in both aspects.

Service was great. Tech was very friendly. Unfortunately, they have to come back, but I am under their 120 warranty so it will be no cost to me.

They are very nice and courteous. They show up on time. I use them annually. I do not have any termites.

We saw ants outside (especially in shed outside) and inside house, so we called to have treatment for ants, late September. Our realtor recommended Excello West. Gene D came out. He was super nice and really thorough, which I really appreciate! Took his time treating everywhere, and answered our questions about different spots. We'd definitely hire again.
