She was so unprofessional. Apparently her boyfriend just broke up with her ( they were often on for about a year ) she cried she was so unprofessional ball she was terrible my parents were with me and they actually sent her flowers they felt so bad for her she was pathetic I will never buy from her again and she's weird to boot. Apparently her and her family are loaded but they act like they have no money and she wears bags and rags So upsetting when your are stressed out buying a house and your agent makes it all about her. Terrible experience.

Could not have asked for anything more as our house was sold in 2 days. Sure our home was desirable but Darlene's efforts and support directly contributed to the outcome. Darlene is very experienced and is well known in the community and has access to a great network of people to accomplish the goals of her clients. She also is very caring and works very hard to do the best she can for her clients. Needless to say she exceeded our expectations and we would encourage others to use her services.

Great. She helped us price it just right and we sold in three weeks in February 2008. We were able to negotiate the contract for our new home the next day. She was fair and offered a commission discount if we sold within a month of putting it on the market.
