AHMAZING service!!!! I highly recommend. I was In desperate need to improve my Internet connection, as I was not getting the speeds that Comcast said I should be Getting due to older cables in my home. I needed to have them hard wire my modem Located in the 2nd level. My Main concern is that I didn’t want cables coming out of the front of my house. Stephanie from Custom Cabling was able to make a convenient appointment that did not conflict with my work schedule. The representative, Gonzalo, arrived and reviewed the wiring. He immediately noticed that the wire coming from the outside box to the modem in my house was insufficient to handle the speed that I have. Gonzalo rewired the the outside box to my modem; and hard wired my original outlet which Comcast did a poor job setting up. ALL of the wires were fished through the walls, so there are no wires visible in my new location. My computer, smart tv are now working at lightning speed. Gonzalo was extremely professional, patient, personable, and left area clean. I HIGHLY recommend Custom Cabling to anyone looking to get the job done right.

Absolutely AMAZING... Recommend without hesitation! I was looking to speed up my Internet connection, as I was not getting the speeds that Verizon said I would be getting. My goal was to hard wire my main computers (located 2 floors above my modem) and to hard wire a few streaming devices. I called Custom Cabling, who was able to make a convenient appointment, that would not conflict with my work schedule. The representative (Chris) arrived, on time, and reviewed the wiring. He immediately noticed that the wire coming from the outside (Verizon) box to the modem in my house was insufficient to handle the 1GB speed that I had purchased from Verizon. Chris rewired the the outside box, to my modem; rewired the modem from my basement to the main floor/more centralized area in my house (for better coverage); and hard wired several new outlets. ALL of the wires were fished through the walls, so there are no wires visible in any of the new locations. My computers are now working at lightning speed, and overall my home coverage has a significant WiFi improvement. Chris was professional, personable, and clean (he even brought his own portable vacuum cleaner). I would HIGHLY recommend Custom Cabling to anyone looking to get the job done right.

Although they were supposed to arrive between 5:00 & 7:00 pm, at 8:45 PM I received a call from the technician letting me know that they were stuck on another job and to call the office in the morning to reschedule. I called the office but the person who handles the type of service I wanted was out. I left a voice mail but never received a call back.

No further contact from Custom Cabling. I called three times to inquire about the estimate and was told each time that it would be email within one or two days. My email to Customer Cabling went unanswered. There was no callback and no estimate was ever received.
