Lydia and Paul were GREAT! I set up the appointment with Lydia, who was very nice and professional. Paul came and cleaned my blinds, and he did a wonderful job. I will definitely use them in the future.

We could not have asked for better service. We are so happy (and most probably much healthier) with the end result. We would certainly use them again!

I would highly recommend this company. They were able to perform the service within a couple of days of my request. They arrived promptly as scheduled. The individual who came was very pleasant and professional. The shades and valence were like new after the cleaning. And it was the first time I had had these window treatments cleaned since they were installed 15 years ago! The cleaning took between 1-2 hours. The equipment used had a minimal footprint and was put in place and removed quickly with little disruption to my home. The price was very reasonable, and in line with the original estimate that I was given on the phone when I scheduled the service.

Gary's work is top-of-the-line. He's punctual, careful, neat, and thorough. A true professional.

Due to the snowstorms and cold weather in February, water ended up leaking down the picture window in the living room. The splashing water badly stained my beautiful white Hunter Douglas luminette vertical blinds. I researched on the Hunter Douglas website and talked to one of their customer service reps, who ended up recommending On-Site Drapery Cleaning, since that company is certified to clean Hunter Douglas products. I called them up and got an appointment for about 1.5 weeks in the future. On the day of the appointment, Gary arrived on time, he inspected the luminettes and said that they should clean up without a problem. He set up his extraction equipment and quietly and efficiently went about his business. Within two hours, the luminettes were beautiful and white again. An added bonus was the removal of the cat fur that had accumulated in various locations where the cats hop onto the window sills. Overall it was a fine experience and we hope to have the company back to clean some Hunter Douglas silhouette blinds we have in another room.

Gary showed up on time, quickly cleaned the sofa and cleaned up after himself. The was also fair for the work he did.

Excellent. Gary was on time, he cleaned the draperies as expected. He also put the shears back on track. I had my master bedroom painted and the painters did not put the draperies back up correctly. Gary is quiet and goes about his work without disturbing my family. He has been in my house four previous times.

He promptly responded to my phone call & showed up at the promised time. He was efficient, quiet & professional. He even cleaned off all the dog hairs from the ''doggy'' chair before cleaning it. The previous owner only vaccumed her drapes, and they were filthly. I didn't have to take them down & transport them to the dry cleaners. The drapes & blind is beautiful and clean. I've used Gary in the past, and he has provided consistent service.
