Matt's guy's showed up the very next day and did a first rate installation of Directv. They hooked up a DVR in the living room and a set top box in the master bed room. They got both TV's up and running and explained the operational details. I've found through many years and many installations of various cable TV and internet systems that going with a local installer/contractor can be a real plus. They're far more invested in the customer's experience than just some random installer from the parent company. The folks at Cranberry are installers for several brands like Directv, Dish Network, Cable, etc. As well as home theater and other electronics related projects. They're up to speed on all of the current deals from the various service providers and they tell you the real story when it comes to who provides what for how much. They can compare side by side to sort out the best deal for you.The guys that did my install clearly were very talented and experienced mechanics. Tom was the lead installer and clearly knew what he was doing. I'm a gear head, general contractor, construction consultant by trade so I recognize quality workmanship and talent when I see it. So if you're within their service area I highly recommend them.
